WHY ARE YOU HERE?

If you’re busy, working toward your goals, and still trying to take care of yourself, this video is for you.

I made this video because I know how easy it is to put your health on the back burner when life gets busy. Working in public relations, social media, and broadcasting keeps my schedule full, and I’ve definitely had moments where my routines slipped. That’s honestly what inspired me to start this blog.

In the video, I talk more about why I created this space and what I hope it can be. I really want to show that being healthy doesn’t have to look perfect or extreme. It can be simple, like going on a run, taking a Pilates class, or just moving your body more throughout the day. Even something small, like following tips from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on staying active, can make a difference.

As a personal trainer at EOS, I’ve learned that the best routines are the ones that actually fit your life. It’s not about doing everything perfectly, it’s about being consistent. I also think mindset plays a huge role, and resources like Mental Health America really highlight how important mental health is alongside physical health.

I’m really excited about this topic because I think more people need real, honest conversations about wellness. At the end of the day, you don’t have to choose between your career and your health. You can build both, one step at a time.
